Finance Manager JB-5475

A leading global company specializing in the import of marble and stone is seeking a Finance Manager for a key position with responsibility for the company's overall accounting and financial activities, leading reporting and control processes, working with internal and external stakeholders, and providing professional support to the CEO and senior management in business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including analysis of company performance and business trends.
• Analyze and review financial statements, including the balance sheet and profit and loss statement, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting requirements.
• Take responsibility for Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, approval processes, and supplier payments.
• Manage ongoing accounting activities, including banks, payroll, accruals, and fixed assets.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and outstanding debts, monitor payment behavior, and coordinate collection activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT and withholding tax reports, as well as annual corporate tax filings.
• Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage electronic accounting records and drive improvements and optimization of accounting processes.
• Lead the annual audit process with external auditors and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Manage ongoing working relationships with subsidiaries, banks, accountants, consultants, and authorities.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts and support financial planning processes.
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and business insights for the CEO and senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or another relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system – mandatory.
• Native/fluent Hebrew and a high level of English – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple interfaces, and maintain a broad business perspective.
