Data Scientist

A large and leading organization is seeking a Data Scientist!

Located in Lod.

Key Responsibilities:

*Design, development, and deployment of models on AWS-based infrastructure

*Derivation of actionable insights from data using advanced analytical tools and artificial intelligence technologies

*Definition of algorithmic solutions to address complex business challenges

*Analysis of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources

*Presentation of analytical findings and strategic business insights to stakeholders

*Evaluation and measurement of model performance and effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

*Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end model development, with mandatory experience in machine learning models for classification and regression.

*At least 5 years of experience in processing and analyzing large-scale tabular datasets.

*Proven, hands-on experience in Python development

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical and analytical solutions

Nice to have:

*Advantage for Experience in developing Generative AI–based applications

*Experience working in large, complex organizations and a broad, system-oriented perspective

*Practical development experience and strong business understanding within the banking or financial services domain

*Experience working in cloud based environments

*Experience in data processing using PySpark

Academic qualification:

*Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
