Product Manager | Leading Financial Organization | Central Israel

A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join its Digital division and lead digital products and services from concept and strategy through development, launch, optimization, and ongoing management.

The role sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, UX, Data, and Business, offering the opportunity to drive complex digital initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across a large-scale organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead digital products and services throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Define product strategy, vision, and business objectives
• Identify and analyze business needs, market trends, and user behavior
• Translate business needs into clear product and business requirements
• Work closely with Development, UX/UI, Data, Marketing, and business teams
• Measure and analyze product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in business-side Product Management – required
• Experience managing digital products and services
• Experience leading development projects and cross-functional processes within large organizations
• Strong understanding of Digital Products, UX, Data, and Analytics
• Technology-related education or significant hands-on experience working with technology teams
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Strategic and system-level thinking combined with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English

Significant Advantages

• Product Management experience in Financial Services / FinTech
• Previous experience within a bank or financial organization
• Experience leading Digital Transformation initiatives
• Master's degree
