Job Description:

• Managing a team of Project Managers in the field of Cybersecurity Technologies.
• Responsibility for managing and leading technological cybersecurity projects end-to-end, in accordance with accepted methodologies and methodologies adapted to the organization.
• Managing the timelines of projects related to cybersecurity technologies to assist in providing security responses and solutions for various projects.
• Project responsibility for cybersecurity aspects in technological projects.
• Serving as the point of contact in various projects between the Cybersecurity Technologies Domain Manager and various organizational stakeholders.
• Defining and writing work plans for technological projects together with the Domain Manager.
• Working with external companies in Israel and abroad and with internal technical stakeholders.
• Writing work procedures and documents related to technological projects.
• Defining and managing the stages of technological projects in the Monday system.
• Coordinating and updating technological projects with other Project Managers in the Cybersecurity Division.
• Matrix management of stakeholders within and outside the division as part of project management, and engaging them in cooperation.
• Working with internal organizational stakeholders across various frameworks and with a variety of external stakeholders.
• Mobility throughout the organization is required when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant education in the field.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management and/or consulting in the field of cybersecurity and information security.
• At least 7 years of experience managing complex technological projects, including significant experience managing projects in the field of information security and cybersecurity.
• 3 years of experience in the SecOps field and/or as a Cybersecurity Manager.
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects end-to-end – from needs analysis, planning and developing the work plan, through implementation and deployment, to delivery and operational support.
• In-depth knowledge of information security and cybersecurity domains, including network protection, identity and access management, endpoint security, event monitoring and detection, vulnerability management, and protection of systems and applications.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors, including working with business and technology stakeholders, infrastructure teams, development teams, information security teams, and external vendors.
• Experience preparing structured and methodological documents at all levels, including requirements specification documents, RFI, RFP, presentations, etc.
• Ability to present and communicate documents in various organizational forums.
• Ability to research information for the purpose of preparing various project-related documents.
• Experience in the following areas: analysis, planning, writing, organization, project leadership, engaging professionals, documentation, and presentation.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, while meeting project objectives and quality and information security requirements.
• Ability to manage and motivate professional teams without direct authority, and coordinate between various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
• Experience working in a large organization or in an environment with multiple systems, regulatory requirements, and critical infrastructure – significant advantage.
• Experience in cloud migration – advantage.
• Familiarity with the Monday system – setup, processing, sharing, and management of projects in the system – advantage.
• Hebrew at a native level and English at a very high level.
• Availability beyond regular working hours when required.
