Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the development team at an AI healthcare startup.

We are building a medical platform that is already used in production, combining software, data and LLM-based AI.

What you will do

You will join a team working on a real production system and take part in building new capabilities, improving existing ones, and solving engineering challenges around data, reliability, testing and LLM-based components.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of backend development experience in a production environment
• Experience building and maintaining real software products, beyond prototypes or POCs
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Experience working with data and understanding data flows and processing
• Good understanding of software design principles and the ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Experience with testing and a strong approach to software quality and reliability
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and contribute to an existing codebase
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team
• Curiosity and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving technical environment

A big plus

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment
• Experience with clinical data, healthcare systems or digital health products
• Experience building or testing systems that include non-deterministic or LLM-based components
