About Wellnet

Wellnet is a new digital health & wellness company preparing for launch, building a technology platform designed to connect patients with qualified therapists and provide professionals with the tools they need to manage and grow their practice.

We are now looking for a Head of Operations to join us at a pivotal stage — ahead of our market launch — and take a central role in turning strategy, product and business plans into a fully operational company.

This is a senior, hands-on position working closely with the CEO and taking ownership of the company's day-to-day execution and operational readiness.

What you'll do

• Lead Wellnet's operational readiness toward launch and beyond

• Coordinate and manage ongoing work with product, development and external technology partners

• Build and implement operational processes across the company

• Own cross-functional projects and ensure priorities, timelines and deliverables stay on track

• Work closely with marketing, finance, legal, customer service and other external partners

• Help design and implement the operational journey for therapists and patients using the platform

• Identify gaps, solve problems and make sure things actually get done

• Build the operational foundations required to support the company's growth after launch

• Work directly with the CEO on company priorities, planning and execution

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, business operations, project/program management or a similar role

• Experience in a technology company, startup or digital business environment

• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors

• Strong execution capabilities — someone who can move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving

• Highly organized, independent and accountable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built

• Fluent Hebrew and strong English

A strong advantage

Experience in Marketplace, HealthTech, SaaS, B2C platforms, booking/payment platforms or consumer digital products.
