Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Salesforce Systems & Business Analyst, acting as the vital bridge between business stakeholders, operational units, and technology delivery teams.
• Leading end-to-end business requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and translating complex financial business needs into comprehensive technical specifications and Agile User Stories.
• Designing and architecting advanced functional solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging out-of-the-box best practices and low-code automations.
• Leading Salesforce implementations from initial concept through Go-Live, including sprint planning (Agile/Scrum), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, and organizational change management.
• Architecting data models, entity relationships (ERD), and configuring comprehensive Salesforce security and sharing models (OWD, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets).
• Building and troubleshooting advanced automations using Salesforce Flow Builder, while overseeing data migration, data integrity, and data cleansing workflows.

Requirements-

• Proven hands-on industry experience as a Salesforce System / Business Analyst (3+ years) in stakeholder-facing roles – Mandatory
• Deep functional expertise and practical mastery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Data Modeling / ERD architecture and deep knowledge of Salesforce Security & Data Sharing Architecture (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules) – Mandatory
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex automations using Salesforce Flow Builder – Mandatory
• Solid background in Data Migration and Data Cleansing processes and tools – Mandatory
• Practical mastery in leading and executing within Agile / Scrum frameworks End-to-End – Mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant academic discipline – Mandatory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills in Hebrew and English – Mandatory
• Experience within the Financial Services, Banking, or Investment sector (or Financial Services Cloud - FSC) – Significant Advantage
• Official Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, or App Builder) – Advantage
