Data & AI Project Manager

About the Role

A leading financial organization's Data & AI Division is responsible for driving all Data and AI initiatives across the company - from strategy, methodologies, and operational processes to the implementation of advanced and innovative technology solutions.

We are looking for a Data & AI Project Manager to lead complex end-to-end projects, working closely with both business and technology stakeholders while driving delivery processes across Data and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI projects from initiation through production deployment.
• Plan and manage the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Data Engineering, BI, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
• Build project plans, manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and track execution.
• Manage product backlogs and work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Drive delivery processes through implementation and production release.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and lead issue resolution.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs and project success metrics.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience leading complex end-to-end technology projects in a Technical Project Management or Technical Delivery Management role.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and system integrations.
• Experience working closely with software development and technology teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Experience in Data and/or AI projects - a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent systems thinking, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently.
