Salesforce Implementation Specialist (5501)

A leading organization is looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join its team.

Job Description

• Implement, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform on an ongoing basis.
• Analyze, design, and implement business processes in Salesforce in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Manage permissions, profiles, roles, groups, and users.
• Build and maintain Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Provide ongoing support to system users and troubleshoot technical issues and business processes.
• Provide code-level support and perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis when required.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience – mandatory.
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Administrator – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Flows and automation processes – mandatory.
• Proven experience working with business users and gathering/analyzing requirements – mandatory.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification – an advantage.
