Our FinOps Analytics team develops cloud-native solutions that help enterprise customers optimize their cloud investments through automation, reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven workflows.

We’re looking for a Junior Cloud FinOps Analyst to join our growing team and support our customers in maximizing the value and efficiency of their cloud environments.

This is a junior-level position, suitable for candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience

What you’ll do

• Cost Analysis: Analyze cloud usage and cost trends, identify cost drivers, and provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization for your customers including future costs prediction.
• Optimization strategies: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing cloud resources, including right-sizing of compute, storage, database, and other services, utilizing cost-effective services.
• Continuous monitoring: proactively address anomalies and deviations from budgetary expectations.
• Stay updated: Keep track of industry trends, new cloud services, and pricing models to ensure the organization remains cost effective and competitive.
• New customers onboarding and tutoring.
• Work closely with CSM & Billing teams.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with strong expertise in at least one of them.
• Understanding of FinOps principles, cloud pricing models, and cost-optimization practices.
• Understanding of core cloud services, including EC2, RDS, S3, and IAM, as well as their GCP equivalents.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team Player and Proactivity

Nice to have

• AWS or GCP certifications.
• FinOps Certified Practitioner (FOCP) certification.
• Experience with SQL and BI or reporting tools.
• Experience with FinOps platforms such as CloudHealth, Umbrella
