🚀 We’re Hiring: Software Development Manager | C#/.NET

We’re looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead a talented team of 6–8 Software Developers and QA Engineers, working on complex, mission-critical operational systems.

This is a highly technical leadership role for someone who combines strong people management with hands-on technical expertise, takes full ownership of delivery, and enjoys staying close to architecture, code and complex problem-solving.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary software development team

• Own development activities end-to-end – from technical execution and quality to delivery and production support

• Lead the design and development of solutions using C#/.NET and Web technologies

• Provide technical leadership across architecture, code reviews and troubleshooting

• Work closely with Product, System Engineering, QA, customers and additional stakeholders

• Drive modernization and continuous improvement of development processes

• Promote AI-assisted development practices across coding, testing, documentation and code reviews

🎯 What we’re looking for:

✔️ Proven experience as a Software Development Manager / Team Leader / Technical Lead

✔️ Strong hands-on background in C# and .NET

✔️ Strong technical leadership and software architecture capabilities

✔️ Experience leading complex software development and end-to-end delivery

✔️ Experience with WPF/.NET – an advantage

✔️ Experience with mission-critical or operational systems – a significant advantage

✔️ Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools – an advantage

✔️ High ownership, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic

environment
