Senior Backend Tech Lead

Senior Backend Tech Lead:

We are looking for an experienced and influential Senior Backend Tech Lead to lead the professional excellence, architecture standards, and engineering practices of Backend development across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Backend engineering standards ,best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Lead technical excellence across the organization.
• Design and review scalable Backend services based on Microservices architecture.
• Drive engineering excellence throughout the entire SDLC.
• Lead cross-team technical forums, knowledge sharing, and professional alignment.
• Promote modern Cloud-Native architectures and AI-assisted development practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for platform and engineering improvements.
• Provide technical leadership during complex Production incidents and critical initiatives.
• Mentor and coach Backend engineers and influence technical direction across multiple teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on Software Engineering experience building large-scale Production systems.
• Proven experience leading Backend engineering practices across multiple teams or organizational units.
• Deep expertise in Java and modern Backend development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Distributed Systems, Scalability, Resiliency, and Fault Tolerance.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience building, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven Software Development practices.
• Experience with Observability, Performance Profiling, and Production Incident Analysis.
