UCT is looking for a talented Payroll Accountant to join us in Israel!

The Payroll Accountant manages end‑to‑end payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries while coordinating with government agencies and insurance providers on reporting, payments, and employee changes. By maintaining payroll records, preparing reports, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, the Payroll Accountant ensures accurate compensation delivery, regulatory compliance, and a high level of employee service and confidentiality.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsibility for payroll process.
• Responsibility of reporting and payments to governmental authorities and salary funds in respect of the payrolls.
• Work with insurance agencies for all employee related queries, including new hires, changes in employee data, monthly reporting, payments, and terminations.
• Prepare internal payroll reports.
• Support onboarding of new hires and terminations in payroll in a timely manner.
• Handling employees’ forms (101, 161, pension, maternity leave etc.).
• Treatment of employment terminations, form 161 and compensation.
• Serve as a focal point for the company’s employees for payroll-related questions.
• Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality.

• Payroll accountant certificate – mandatory.
• 2 years’ experience as a payroll accountant in an industrial company with a scope of 002 pay slips per month.
• Proficiency in “Hilan” software- Significant advantage
• Proficiency in labor law.
• Proficiency of Excel.
• Residence in the northern region (the factory is in Zipporit industrial zone, Nof- Hagalil)
