About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technological Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions within a complex, cross-functional technology environment.

This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate development teams, business stakeholders, clients, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead technology and AI projects from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and adoption.

* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.

* Drive the integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems, workflows, and organizational processes.

* Coordinate system architecture, APIs, integrations, and cross-platform interfaces.

* Manage project backlogs, sprints, priorities, dependencies, and progress using Jira.

* Partner with clients and stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project status.

* Coordinate internal development teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors.

* Manage multiple concurrent projects, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

* Oversee testing, user acceptance testing, production releases, and solution adoption.

Required Qualifications

* At least five years of experience managing technology projects in client-facing environments.

* Native-level English proficiency.

* Demonstrated experience leading development teams and delivering end-to-end technology projects.

* Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.

* Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and enterprise interfaces.

* Extensive hands-on experience using Jira for project and delivery management.

* Experience working within Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint planning.

* Ability to influence and coordinate teams, stakeholders, and vendors without direct reporting authority.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing AI or generative AI initiatives.

* Familiarity with AI agents, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and automation tools.

* Experience implementing AI solutions within enterprise environments.

* Knowledge of Salesforce, ERP systems, data platforms, and other enterprise technologies.
