Founded in 2017, the firm combines specialized finance team management with strategic business planning to help clients scale performance and efficiency.

GRD provides end-to-end services, including bookkeeping for US and IL entities, payroll, finance controlling, outsourced CFO support, due diligence, and project-based accounting across various GAAPs. The team works closely with clients throughout their growth journey, supporting IPO and fundraising preparation while maintaining high standards of professionalism, transparency, and integrity.

Location: Netanya, Israel

Role Description

We are looking for a CPA to join our professional finance team in Netanya, in a broad and hands-on role with exposure to the financial operations of multiple companies and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of financial statements and management of ongoing financial processes
• Management of Accounts Receivable (AR) and cash flow
• Oversight of payroll, employee stock options, and additional financial processes
• Management of the Revenue Cycle for clients and subsidiaries
• Ongoing coordination with external auditors and accounting firms, including preparation of corporate tax reports
• Responsibility for monthly reporting to tax authorities, including Income Tax, VAT, and payroll-related filings, in coordination with the bookkeeping team
• Ongoing management of accounting activities, including customers, vendors, and banks

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant financial experience, including internship experience
• CPA certification – mandatory
• Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm – an advantage
• Experience with US GAAP – an advantage
• Experience in a SaaS / high-tech environment – an advantage
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple interfaces and stakeholders
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
