Role Description-

• Serving as a Hands-On Corporate IT Specialist / IT Lead, taking comprehensive ownership of the organization's entire IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support operations.
• Administering and optimizing cloud collaboration suites, directory services, and identity management with a core focus on Microsoft 365 and Okta (IAM).
• Managing multi-platform Endpoint Management (MDM / EMM) across Mac and Windows environments using tools such as Kandji, Jamf, or Microsoft Intune.
• Driving end-to-end IT lifecycle operations, including user Onboarding/Offboarding automation, hardware provisioning, SaaS application procurement, and license management.
• Collaborating closely with R&D, Cybersecurity, and Quality/Clinical teams to enforce compliance standards, access policies, and security baselines.
• Leveraging modern AI tools and automation workflows to streamline internal IT processes, resolve tickets efficiently, and boost company-wide productivity.

Requirements-

• Proven hands-on track record in Corporate IT Support / IT System Administration within Cloud-centric environments – Mandatory
• Deep hands-on experience administering and managing Microsoft 365 enterprise ecosystems – Mandatory
• Demonstrated practical experience with Okta or equivalent enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM / SSO / MFA) platforms – Mandatory
• Solid experience managing fleet endpoints via MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, or Microsoft Intune) – Mandatory
• High-level written and verbal communication skills in English – Mandatory
• Strong independent problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, broad-ownership mindset – Mandatory
• Experience integrating AI productivity tools or workflow automations (e.g., scripts, ticketing automations, AI assistants) – Advantage
• Industry experience working within Healthcare, Life Sciences, BioTech, or Regulated Environments (HIPAA / ISO 27001 / SOC 2) – Advantage
• Professional industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Okta Certified Professional, Apple Certified) – Advantage
