Role Description

• Serving as a Senior Silicon Technical Program Manager (TPM), operating at the critical intersection of Architecture, RTL Design, and Design Verification (DV) to drive the end-to-end chip lifecycle from architectural definition through tapeout.
• Driving hands-on program leadership: identifying technical bottlenecks, managing risks, optimizing dependency matrices, and synchronizing multidisciplinary hardware and software engineering teams.
• Leading cross-functional technical synchronization to ensure stringent tapeout timelines, silicon quality metrics, and performance milestones are met.
• Establishing and standardizing engineering methodologies, development workflows, and tracking mechanisms to enhance continuous delivery across hardware groups.
• Partnering directly with Silicon Architects, Verification Leads, Firmware Engineers, and Executive Leadership to execute complex supercomputing chip roadmaps.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience) – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on industry experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) or Project Management supporting large-scale hardware and software engineering groups – Mandatory
• Proven track record leading the Full Silicon Development Lifecycle, managing multidisciplinary hardware programs from Architecture and Design Verification (DV) through Tapeout – Mandatory
• Hands-on mastery of modern project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum) and industry-standard tools (Jira, Confluence) – Mandatory
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead without formal authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships – Mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills in English – Mandatory
