A growing company is looking for a licensed Pension Insurance Agent to establish and develop a new insurance and pension division from the ground up.

We are looking for an independent, proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong personal responsibility, and the ability to take ownership and turn ideas into action.

The role includes developing pension-related activities, providing professional guidance and service to clients, building relationships with institutional financial providers, establishing work processes and infrastructure, and helping shape the future growth of the division.

Requirements:

• Valid license as a Pension Insurance Agent.
• Strong interest in independent and entrepreneurial work.
• Ability to lead a new area and build activity from the ground up.
• A proactive, responsible, and independent approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
• Previous experience in insurance, pensions, or financial services — a significant advantage.
