Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Java Backend Engineer, joining the core engineering squad responsible for architecting and scaling the company's flagship web-building platform.
• Developing resilient, high-throughput backend services and microservices architectures using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Designing and implementing scalable APIs, distributed systems, and real-time backend components operating under high concurrency and high-scale user traffic.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver complex web platform capabilities from architectural design to production deployment.
• Driving best practices in code quality, CI/CD pipelines, system observability, and performance optimization.

Requirements-

• Extensive hands-on professional experience in backend software engineering with Java (5+ years) – Mandatory
• Deep, proven hands-on expertise with Spring Framework & Spring Boot ecosystems – Mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant scientific/technical field – Mandatory
• Proven background in developing High-Scale, Distributed Systems, Microservices, and RESTful APIs – Mandatory
• Strong foundations in database design (SQL / NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and multi-threaded programming – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience working in Cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) – Significant Advantage
