Salesforce Project Manager/Business Analyst

Logicloud, a Salesforce partner delivering implementation and integration projects for technology companies in Israel and abroad, is looking for a hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst / Implementer for a part-time position of 3-4 days per week.

The role is based mainly on one of our long-term customer engagements, a leading technology company headquartered in Tel Aviv, working as part of their business applications team.

If you are combining work with a master's degree, family, or anything else that makes full-time the wrong fit, this role was built with you in mind.

What you'll do

• Implement solutions hands-on in Salesforce: objects, Flows, permissions, reports
• Take part in projects from requirements through testing, UAT, and go-live
• Prepare Jira tickets for developers when custom code is needed
• Handle day-to-day requests: permissions, exceptions, user support

What you need

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or implementation experience
• Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders
• Very good Hebrew & English, written and spoken
• Background in technology or high-tech companies is a strong advantage
