Attorney – Trust Services Department - position No. 1687

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Providing legal and professional support to the company’s clients on trust matters and employee equity compensation plans in accordance with Section 102 of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance.
• Providing ongoing support to private and public companies, both Israeli and international, in managing employee stock option and share plans.
• Providing professional guidance to operational teams and clients on legal, tax, and trust-related matters concerning compensation plans administered by the company as trustee.
• Providing legal and trustee support in share purchase transactions.
• Reviewing tax rulings and tax arrangements and providing guidance on their implementation.
• Preparing legal documents, drafting and reviewing agreements and allocation documents.
• Working with the Israel Tax Authority and submitting required documentation.
• Maintaining ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders and external parties in Israel and abroad.

Requirements

• LL.B. / Bachelor’s Degree in Law – required.
• Admission to the Israeli Bar Association – required.
• 1–2 years of professional experience as an attorney – required.
• High level of English, including reading, writing, and speaking – required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand complex legal and tax matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
