Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We’re Hiring: AI Engineer | Herzliya | Hybrid

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join a growing technology company building an advanced AI-powered platform.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership over the development of intelligent, production-ready AI systems — from LLM agents and RAG architectures to custom AI/ML models and multi-agent workflows.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build LLM-powered features and multi-agent systems

• Develop and orchestrate intelligent agents, including tool-using and context-aware conversational agents

• Build custom machine learning models tailored to real product needs

• Design and optimize RAG architectures, embeddings, retrieval strategies, and vector databases

• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets

• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI models, tools, and frameworks

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to bring AI capabilities into production

• Continuously evaluate and optimize model performance

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects

• Strong Python skills

• Practical experience with LLM agents and multi-agent orchestration

• Deep understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases

• Experience working with large datasets, including cleaning, transformation, and optimization

• Familiarity with LLM hosting, inference, performance tuning, and monitoring

• Experience building and integrating APIs, such as FastAPI

• Independent, curious, and comfortable solving complex technical challenges

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern LLM fine-tuning and optimization techniques such as LoRA/QLoRA, PPO or GRPO

• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure

• Experience with ML/LLM deployment pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes and GitHub Actions

• Understanding of data privacy and security in AI applications
