Senior Product Manager

A leading financial institution in Israel is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic product domain within its growing digital financial services and payments ecosystem

This is a high-impact role for a product leader who combines strong business acumen, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to drive products from strategy through execution in a complex, regulated environment.

Requirements

* 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2–3 years in FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.

* Proven track record of leading large-scale B2C digital products.

* Experience with Digital Payments, Digital Wallets, Payment Applications, or Digital Banking products.

* Strong understanding of regulated financial environments.

* Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable business results.

* Experience leading customer-centric product discovery, UX, and design initiatives.

* Experience working in Agile development environments.

* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; master's degree is an advantage.
