Security Project Manager

Role Description The Security Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Center District, Israel. This role manages security-focused projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. The Security Project Manager oversees the implementation of integrated security solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational policies. Daily activities include leading cross-functional teams, managing project risks and dependencies, preparing status reports, and communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with technical experts in cybersecurity and physical security, supporting system integration and testing, and driving continuous improvement in project execution and operational performance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Program Management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess proven expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Security to manage secure design and implementation of integrated solutions.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Network Security to oversee secure architecture, connectivity, and system integration.
• Candidates should possess solid Security Management capabilities, including policy implementation, compliance oversight, and incident response coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Security Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM) are an advantage.
• Experience managing complex security or technology projects in critical infrastructure, defense, or similar environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hebrew is beneficial.
