Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Frontend-leaning), joining a core R&D squad of 8 developers reporting directly to the R&D Manager.
• Architecting, developing, and scaling end-to-end features with a strong focus on high-complexity Frontend UI/UX (~60–70% React & TypeScript) alongside robust Backend Services (30–40% Node.js & TypeScript).
• Designing and integrating production-grade interfaces for Autonomous AI Agents, LLM orchestration workflows, and Enterprise AI Governance engines.
• Working within large-scale Big Data pipelines, low-latency microservices, and modern Cloud environments.
• Implementing and optimizing modern CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and clean code standards.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with AI Researchers, Product Designers, and Core Infrastructure engineers to deliver enterprise-ready AI applications.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent academic technical degree – Mandatory
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience as a Full Stack Engineer (Frontend-oriented up to 70% accepted, pure Frontend profiles not suitable) – Mandatory
• 5+ years of deep, hands-on experience developing with React and modern state management – Mandatory
• Strong, practical hands-on backend experience with Node.js – Mandatory
• Extensive proficiency in TypeScript across the entire stack – Mandatory
• Solid hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) and CI/CD workflows – Mandatory
• Proven track record working in fast-paced Startup (SU) environments – Mandatory
• Career stability with proven tenure across at least 2 substantial tenures/companies – Mandatory
• Hands-on production experience developing with AI / GenAI technologies, LLM integrations, or AI Agents – Mandatory
• Experience with Big Data architectures or complex data-visualization platforms – Significant Advantage
