Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, responsible, and detail-oriented Trading Systems Operator to monitor and support our live trading infrastructure. The role encompasses real-time oversight, exception detection, data analysis, and operational decision-making, serving as a key link between capital markets, technology, and quantitative analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor trading systems and real-time trading activity.

• Identify anomalous behavior, technical issues, and operational exceptions, and escalate them promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.

• Develop, maintain, and analyze operational tools, Excel reports, and dashboards.

• Analyze trading performance, market data, and operational workflows to generate actionable insights.

• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance controls, and support data analysis.

• Build expertise in new markets, trading platforms, and business processes.

• Collaborate closely with technology, operations, and management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another relevant discipline.

• Full-time availability, Monday through Friday.

• Advanced Excel proficiency and demonstrated confidence working with data.

• Strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail.

• High standards of accuracy, ownership, organization, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Collaborative team player with strong systems thinking and a broad operational perspective.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to capital markets, trading, digital assets, or financial systems.

• Working knowledge of derivative instruments is considered an advantage.

• Familiarity with BI tools, dashboarding platforms, SQL, or Python.

• High technological aptitude and a strong drive to master complex systems.

התפקיד כולל אחריות על ניטור, בקרה ותפעול שוטף של מערכות מסחר, זיהוי חריגים, ניתוח נתונים והפקת תובנות בזמן אמת. זהו תפקיד מרכזי המחבר בין עולם שוק ההון, טכנולוגיה ועבודה אנליטית.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים

• ביצוע בקרה שוטפת על מערכות מסחר ופעילות בזמן אמת.

• זיהוי חריגות, תקלות או התנהגות לא תקינה והצפתן לגורמים הרלוונטיים.

• בנייה, תחזוקה וניתוח של קבצי עזר, דוחות אקסל ודשבורדים.

• ניתוח ביצועים, נתוני מסחר ותהליכים תפעוליים.

• עבודה עם כלי AI לצורך ייעול תהליכים, בדיקות וניתוח נתונים.

• למידה והיכרות עם שווקים חדשים, מערכות מסחר ותהליכים עסקיים.

• עבודה שוטפת מול צוותים טכנולוגיים, תפעוליים וניהוליים.

דרישות התפקיד

• בוגר/ת תואר ראשון בכלכלה, מנהל עסקים, חשבונאות, הנדסת תעשייה וניהול או תחום רלוונטי אחר.

• זמינות למשרה מלאה בימים שני-שישי.

• שליטה גבוהה באקסל ויכולת עבודה נוחה עם נתונים.

• אוריינטציה טכנית, חשיבה אנליטית ויכולת ירידה לפרטים.

• דיוק, אחריות, סדר ויכולת עבודה בסביבה דינמית.

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.

• יכולת עבודה בצוות וראייה מערכתית.
