Inviting applications for the role of Junior Product Marketing Operations for the Marketing team.

In this role, you will help build and maintain the assets and operation that power our go-to-market motion, while keeping our Product launches, offerings, and content organized and on track.

Responsibilities

• Help create and maintain GTM assets alongside Product Marketing
• Keep the asset library organized, current, and easy to navigate
• Track offerings and launch status, and coordinate timelines across Product, Marketing, and Sales
• Drive the day-to-day workflow and priorities for content and asset requests
• Keep on track team projects – coordinate work, report status and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Qualifications we seek in you!

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field
• High-level English, written and spoken
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Great Team Player
• No prior marketing experience required - a great first role for someone early in their career

Nice to Have

• Experience with graphic design or visual content creation, and a strong eye for aesthetics
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Claude, Co-Pilot
