Job Description

BARNES Israel is expanding its team and is looking for motivated Real Estate Agents to join its Tel Aviv office.

You will assist both local and international clients with the purchase, sale, and rental of luxury properties. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, preparing documentation, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing.

You will also develop and maintain your own portfolio of clients and properties while benefiting from the strength of the BARNES international network and its marketing and sales tools.

Qualifications

• Valid Israeli Real Estate License.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury real estate market and current market trends.
• Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and business development.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a professional, discreet, and client-focused approach.
• Fluent English is required. Hebrew is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
