Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior AI Software Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer, joining an elite, strategic engineering team reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
• Designing, architecting, and building production-grade Autonomous AI Agents and Agent Orchestration frameworks from scratch, including tool-calling architectures, reasoning loops, and multi-system integrations.
• Taking end-to-end engineering ownership across the entire AI lifecycle: from System Architecture, Prompt Engineering, and RAG pipelines down to Backend APIs, Developer Infrastructure, and User Interfaces.
• Developing resilient, high-throughput microservices and backend systems in Python, Node.js, or Go hosted across modern Cloud Platforms.
• Establishing AI evaluation metrics, benchmarking frameworks, and monitoring pipelines to optimize LLM performance, latency, and reliability at scale.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Core R&D, Product Management, and Platform squads to deploy intelligent agentic features directly into enterprise production systems.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical degree / Elite military tech unit background – Advantage
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with modern backend languages (Python, Node.js, or Golang) – Mandatory
• 1+ years of proven hands-on experience in AI Engineering / Generative AI development – Mandatory
• Deep, practical production experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, or Agent Orchestration – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling microservices on Public Cloud Platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) – Mandatory
• Solid background in system architecture, REST/gRPC API design, and distributed data pipelines – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with AI evaluation frameworks, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant), or LLM observability tools – Significant Advantage
• Full-stack orientation or familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) – Advantage
• Background in high-scale B2B / Enterprise SaaS platforms – Advantage
