About the Role

M.AI, Moveo Group's AI division, delivers AI and software transformation services to leading enterprises in Israel. Backed by Moveo's team of over 350 professionals, we approach every engagement with high standards, commitment, and agility.

We're looking for a senior, client-facing Software Architect to drive digital-transformation programs for major enterprise clients, including financial institutions. In this role, you'll translate business requirements into technical specifications, direct legacy-to-modern migrations, design scalable target architectures for the AI era, help clients modernize their engineering practices, and guide their R&D teams through implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for enterprise-scale programs.
• Direct legacy-to-modern migrations for major clients, including financial institutions.
• Design scalable target architectures built for the AI era.
• Help clients modernize their engineering practices and R&D processes.
• Guide client R&D teams through implementation as a hands-on technical partner.

What You Bring

• 7–8 years of hands-on fullstack development experience — still writing code today. Previous experience as an architect is welcome, but not required.
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures, microservices and event-driven systems — you do not need to be an expert; you need to want to go deeper.
• Systems thinking: you can explain how a whole system fits together — integrations, data flow, failure modes — not only the component you owned.
• Strong interpersonal skills: listening to the client, explaining a technical decision to a non-technical audience, building trust.
• Professional maturity and end-to-end ownership — this is not a role where you wait to be told what to do.
• Experience with legacy-to-modern migrations or large-scale system integrations — an advantage.
• Enterprise / financial-sector background — an advantage.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM-based systems — an advantage.
• Fluent Hebrew; working English.
