Operational Procurement Specialist | Confidential Position

A large, leading, and successful financial company is looking for an Operational Procurement Specialist to join its Corporate Procurement team.

The company is part of a leading financial group in Israel and operates in a dynamic and diverse business environment. The role is part of the corporate procurement function and involves leading operational and indirect procurement processes across a variety of business areas, working closely with internal stakeholders and managing supplier relationships and engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying, selecting, and qualifying new suppliers in accordance with organizational requirements.
• Leading procurement processes and supplier engagements across various service areas.
• Managing cross-organizational agreements in areas such as Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics, and more.
• Leading commercial and legal negotiations, including agreements and contracts.
• Improving and streamlining procurement processes and driving cost-saving initiatives in line with organizational targets.
• Evaluating supplier performance using KPIs and leading improvement processes.
• Monitoring supplier performance, identifying risks, and leading appropriate solutions.
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement across procurement processes.
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures, including risk management requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering & Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational procurement.
• Proven experience in commercial and legal negotiations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Procurement certification – an advantage.

Position Details:

• Full-time position with a hybrid work model: 4 days from the office and 1 day from home.
• Company offices are located in Rishon LeZion, near the train station.
