Procurement Manager

💰 Salary: NIS 28,000 + company car

A leading technology company operating in international markets is looking for an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead its procurement, subcontracting, and global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement activities in Israel and internationally

• Manage and develop suppliers and subcontractors worldwide

• Manage a team of buyers and logistics professionals

• Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and supplier agreements

• Identify and develop new sourcing channels and drive cost-reduction initiatives

• Oversee international import, export, and logistics operations – air & sea freight

• Manage supplier performance across quality, cost, and delivery

• Manage supply chain risks and develop alternative sourcing solutions

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

✔️ 10+ years of experience in Procurement

✔️ 5+ years of experience managing procurement teams

✔️ Significant experience working with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad

✔️ Strong experience in import, export, and international logistics

✔️ Proven experience leading commercial negotiations in both English and Hebrew

✔️ Strong knowledge of international trade processes and terms

✔️ Excellent English

✔️ Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel

✔️ Strong technical orientation
