About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Product & Development to join our management team and lead our product and technology.

We’re looking for an experienced product leader with a strong technical and engineering background, who can bridge product, technology, and business strategy. You’ll own our product and development roadmap, lead our development team, and work closely with teams across the company.

We’re looking for someone hands-on, independent, and ambitious. A big part of the role will also be thinking about what comes next. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of AI, how it is changing technology and consumer behavior, and how we can use it to rethink both our products and the way we operate as a company.

Qualifications

• Several years of product management experience
• Strong technical understanding and engineering background
• Experience leading or working closely with development teams
• Strong understanding of AI and its practical applications
• Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English
