We are hiring Two Storekeepers to manage our inventory operations at Offto Resorts!

📍 Open Positions

• Storekeeper – Offto Lakeview Heights, Capital Smart City, Islamabad
• Storekeeper – Offto Resort- Hussaini, Hunza

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, inspecting, and storing all resort supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for food and beverage, linens, amenities, and engineering items.
• Track stock levels proactively to prevent shortages or over-purchasing. Maintain the stock par levels as per the defined SOPs
• Collaborate with procurement and department heads to ensure seamless stock maintenance and distribution.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile audits with the system and physical stock tracking

🎯 Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing store functions specifically within a hotel or resort environment.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in hospitality inventory systems. Experience working on the Stores Module in Munshi-10 Hotel PMS is a major plus.
• Skills: Excellent organization, strong numerical skills, and a very high integrity level.
• Location Flexibility: Must be willing to work full-time at the designated location (Islamabad or Hunza).
