📢 We’re Hiring: Cold Caller / Sales Representative

I’m looking for an experienced and confident Cold Caller to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving provided leads, contacting potential customers by phone, introducing our products or services, identifying their needs, and converting interested prospects into qualified opportunities or customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers using the leads provided
• Professionally introduce and explain our products or services
• Build rapport and maintain engaging conversations
• Understand customer needs and address initial questions
• Qualify interested prospects and generate sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups
• Follow up with interested prospects when required
• Meet agreed call, appointment, and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Fluent and confident spoken English
• Previous cold-calling, telesales, or customer acquisition experience
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Professional and customer-friendly attitude
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with leads

This is a remote opportunity. Leads will be provided—you will not be required to find them yourself.
