Property Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager based in the Durban Metropolitan Area, allowing a combination of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The Property Manager will oversee property operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, manage lease agreements, and oversee property maintenance. Additional responsibilities include financial reporting, budget management, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and policies. The role requires effective communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Qualifications

• Property management competencies such as lease management, property maintenance oversight, and tenant relations
• Financial and administrative skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and familiarity with property management software
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities, with experience managing vendors and service contracts
• Knowledge of property laws, compliance requirements, and relevant regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a property management role is highly advantageous
