What You'll Do

✅ Lead development projects involving new materials, processes, and products

✅ Provide product engineering expertise and technical support to manufacturing lines

✅ Manage multidisciplinary engineering projects and drive the transition from development to production

✅ Collaborate closely with industry partners in Israel and abroad, academic institutions, and customers

✅ Work directly with production teams and operational environments on a regular basis

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering - Mandatory

✔️ 5+ years of industry experience

✔️ Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or process-oriented industry and production environments

✔️ High level of English proficiency

✔️ Strong project leadership skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces and stakeholders

Significant Advantages

⭐ Experience with composite materials and mold/tooling design

⭐ Familiarity with engineering design software

⭐ Experience managing development and manufacturing projects
