We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & Information Systems Project Manager to join a large, stable organization operating in a complex, multi-system technological environment.

The role involves working with multiple teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business systems, including Salesforce, healthcare systems, billing systems, and additional enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce and Information Systems projects, from initiation and requirements definition through development, testing, implementation, and go-live.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Build project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress, budgets, risks, and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional and matrix teams, including development, implementation, QA, business, and external vendors.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces across business and technology teams.
• Lead Salesforce implementation and optimization projects, including Salesforce Agentforce solutions and complex refactoring initiatives.
• Coordinate integrations and processes across Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining timelines, quality, scope, and budget.
• Support go-live activities, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation processes.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects end-to-end, from initiation through go-live.
• Proven experience leading large-scale and complex technology projects.
• Practical experience with Salesforce implementation, development, or solution delivery – a significant advantage.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, analysis, specification, development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including defining and implementing AI agents, is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with SOQL – an advantage.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Azure, and AWS – an advantage.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-team, multi-system, and matrix environment.

Examples of relevant Salesforce experience: leading the specification and implementation of an Agentforce solution, defining an AI agent's business responsibilities and workflows, or managing a Salesforce refactoring project involving architecture, processes, integrations, or performance improvements.
