Systems Analyst - Banking & Electrification Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Information Systems department. In this role, you will focus on digital and web-based systems, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Role Overview

As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and characterizing information systems and interfaces. Your core responsibilities include collecting business requirements, writing functional and technical specification documents, and managing the testing and implementation phases of various projects. You will work closely with development teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and characterize information systems and complex interfaces.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical documentation.
• Manage and monitor tasks and projects from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Work extensively with Digital and Web-based systems.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering (Information Systems specialization), or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in systems analysis and information systems project management.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability in requirement gathering and writing technical/functional documentation. Basic proficiency in SQL and database querying is required.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and high self-learning capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Advantage: Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Location: Herzliya (Meschit 32). Note: Moving to Ra'anana (Tzomet) in approximately six months.
• Hybrid Model: 2 days work-from-home (potential change to 1 day in 2027).
• Employment Type: 100% position (overtime availability).
• Travel: Occasional travel to northern sites may be required.
