Controller

We are seeking a hands-on Controller to join our Finance team and lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations for a global business environment with significant US-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (IFRS & US GAAP).
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and accounting controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Support management with financial insights and business decision-making.
• Work closely with auditors, tax authorities, and US-based stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and ERP optimization initiatives.
• Oversee cash flow management and financial operations.

Requirements

• CPA certification - Mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or similar finance role.
• Proven experience working directly with US entities, operations, auditors, or tax authorities - Mandatory.
• Experience in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Priority advantage).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset.
