Business & System Analyst

Join a leading financial organization and take a key role in analyzing and shaping complex processes and systems within the Capital Markets domain. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to understand and challenge business requirements and translate them into effective processes and system solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets, Trading, Investments, or Financial Systems, combining business understanding with a systems-oriented perspective.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze, challenge, and translate business requirements into detailed processes and system specifications
• Analyze and define business processes, information systems, and interfaces supporting Capital Markets activities
• Design and optimize B2C, B2B, and self-service processes across digital channels
• Analyze processes supporting bankers, branch systems, and trading platforms
• Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology units, as well as external partners
• Lead cross-functional discussions and coordinate multiple stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Identify business and system requirements and support their implementation across relevant systems
• Take an active role in addressing challenges and driving solutions throughout the lifecycle of products and initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and/or Product Specification – Must
• Hands-on experience with Financial Systems, Trading Systems, Capital Markets, or Investments – Must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Information Systems, or another relevant field – Must
• Experience analyzing and defining complex business processes and system requirements - Must
• Strong ability to understand, challenge, and translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Previous experience in banking or financial institutions – Advantage
• Experience with B2C, B2B, digital, or self-service processes – Advantage
• Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners – Advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to drive processes in a complex organizational environment
