As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, commercially minded and proactive Marketing Officer to strengthen our brand presence, generate demand and support business growth.

The Role

The Marketing Officer will support the development and execution of Habav’s marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.

The role will work closely with the Sales Manager to turn marketing activity into brand awareness, qualified leads and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with Habav’s commercial objectives.
- Manage Habav’s social media platforms and digital presence.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations and promotional content.
- Support lead-generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Coordinate digital advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Support sales activities with relevant marketing materials and campaigns.
- Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain consistency in Habav’s brand identity and communication.
- Support events, partnerships, activations and other business development initiatives.
- Identify new marketing opportunities within the logistics, freight and transportation industry.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, engaging and professional content.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising and campaign performance.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Creative, proactive and commercially aware.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the sales team.
- Experience in logistics, freight, transportation or B2B marketing is an advantage.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
