We’re exicted to be hiring a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of Enterprise Imaging at Optum.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, cloud technology, and innovation. We're looking for a product leader who can envision what's next while understanding how to drive meaningful change in a large-scale healthcare ecosystem. Someone who is equally comfortable exploring disruptive ideas and navigating the realities of enterprise platforms, complex stakeholder landscapes, clinical workflows, and regulated environments.

You'll have the opportunity to influence the next generation of our Enterprise Imaging platform by:

🔹 Identifying and driving innovative solutions that transform the enterprise imaging workflow.

🔹 Bridging cloud-native innovation with existing healthcare ecosystems, finding practical ways to unlock new capabilities without creating unnecessary disruption.

🔹 Solving complex clinical, technical, and operational challenges that exist across imaging workflows, systems, and teams of different care settings.

🔹 Working closely with engineering, UX, business leaders, and customers to turn ambitious ideas into products that create real value for healthcare organizations and ultimately improve patient care.

We're seeking someone with strong product instincts, a passion for execution, experience managing complex enterprise software products, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity while leading multiple strategic initiatives.

Experience in healthcare, medical imaging, PACS, VNA, or other regulated software environments is an advantage.
