Role Description The Tracker Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Sahiwal District. This position is responsible for monitoring and tracking the movement of vehicles and shipments using GPS and fleet management systems, ensuring timely and efficient transportation operations. The Tracker Operator will coordinate with drivers and dispatch staff, update route and delivery information, and promptly report any delays, route deviations, or safety concerns. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate tracking records, generating basic reports, and supporting the logistics team with real-time information to improve service quality and on-time performance. The role also involves following company policies, safety protocols, and data confidentiality standards.
Qualifications

• Ability to operate GPS tracking, fleet management, and related monitoring systems, with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry for tracking and reporting.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to interact with drivers, dispatch staff, and supervisors.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including routing, scheduling, and delivery timelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Sahiwal District, including availability for shift work, weekends, or extended hours as needed.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional training or certification in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a tracking, dispatch, or logistics operations role is preferred but not mandatory.
