About This Role

Prestigious Consulting—a professional HR consultancy firm recruiting on behalf of a retail, consumer electronics, and home appliance business—is recruiting a Customer Support Officer for its client's location in Lekki, Lagos State. This operational customer experience role handles multi-channel client inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp), coordinates after-sales support (warranties, repairs, returns, exchanges), tracks recurring service bottlenecks, and provides administrative oversight for the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Inquiry & Complaint Resolution: Manage incoming customer requests, complaints, and product inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring rapid resolution and escalation handling.
• After-Sales Service Coordination: Track and coordinate product warranties, repairs, returns, and exchanges alongside branch managers, sales staff, and repair technicians.
• Operational Administrative Support: Assist the Operations Manager with branch activity tracking, operational documentation, follow-up monitoring, and daily customer feedback reporting.
• Process Improvement & Record Keeping: Maintain structured logs of customer feedback, track resolution turnaround times, and recommend service delivery enhancements.
  
  

• Academic Background: Degree (B.Sc. / HND) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), WhatsApp Business communications, email management, and basic CRM reporting platforms.
• Core Competencies: Clear verbal/written communication, complaint de-escalation, conflict resolution, multi-tasking, patience, and proactive operational follow-up.
