Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology and AI initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical and architectural understanding with excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and external vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive projects from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical projects from business requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, tasks, priorities, and actionable development plans.
• Lead AI and Generative AI initiatives, including integration of AI solutions into enterprise processes and systems.
• Work with system architecture, APIs, integrations, interfaces, and cross-system dependencies.
• Manage day-to-day project execution in Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, dependencies, task tracking, and status reporting.
• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders on requirements gathering, expectations, project updates, and presentations.
• Lead and coordinate internal development teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage multiple projects and interfaces simultaneously, identifying risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-launch adoption.
• Drive projects forward through influence and collaboration, even without direct managerial authority.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical/Technological Project Management.
• Proven experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Native-level English communication skills – mandatory.
• Proven experience leading development teams and end-to-end software/technology projects.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements, specifications, and development tasks.
• Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and enterprise interfaces.
• Significant hands-on experience with Jira.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, including Backlog and Sprint management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to work fully onsite near Gedera.

Advantages

• Familiarity with AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, and AI automation tools.
• Experience implementing AI solutions within enterprise systems and business processes.
• Experience with Salesforce, ERP, Data Platforms, or other enterprise systems.
• Experience managing complex multi-system integration projects.
