IT Help Desk Specialist!

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented IT Help Desk Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide hands-on and remote technical support to our end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining our daily IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line technical support (on-site & remote) for internal employees across office and remote work environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2008 R2+).
• Manage users, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory (account provisioning, password resets, domain joining).
• Troubleshoot and maintain peripherals, network printers, and scan-to-email configurations.
• Handle fundamental networking and connectivity tasks: Static IP configuration, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPN setups.
• Support Microsoft Office applications and enterprise email environments.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support / Help Desk roles.
• Solid hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Strong familiarity with Active Directory management.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
