We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology projects end-to-end — from project handover and scope definition through planning, execution, customer management, delivery, implementation, and billing.

What will you do?

• Manage multiple technology projects and customers simultaneously, from initiation to delivery
• Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
• Manage budgets, hours, forecasts, and actuals
• Manage project scope, changes, risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Lead cross-functional teams including Development, Cloud, Microsoft 365, Automation, Integration, DevOps, and Implementation
• Work closely with customers, Development Managers, Technical Leads, and System Analysts
• Manage project status meetings and steering committees
• Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery and understand commercial commitments
• Track delivery and billing milestones
• Work in Agile environments alongside projects managed through structured plans and milestones

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience managing software and technology projects – required
• Proven experience managing software development projects – required
• Experience working for a project-based company, software house, or system integrator – a strong advantage
• Experience managing multiple projects and customers simultaneously
• Strong experience managing budgets, resources, hours, and schedules
• Familiarity with .NET, Web, Cloud, Microsoft 365, Integration, or similar technologies
• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business and commercial understanding, including identifying scope and budget deviations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority
• Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

How much of the budget has been used?

What remains?

What are the risks?

And what needs to happen to deliver the project successfully and profitably?
