Senior Legal & Compliance Associate

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Legal & Compliance Associate to join our legal team in Tel Aviv. At the heart of the role, you'll lead the legal execution of our growth lending transactions - working directly alongside our investment team and working with outside counsel across jurisdictions on financing transactions with borrowers around the world. Beyond that, you'll own the legal and compliance operations that keep our fund platforms running smoothly across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with our global network of fund administrators, regulators, investors, and outside counsel. You'll get a front-row seat to how a global credit platform operates, with real ownership, deal exposure, and international reach from day one.

What You'll Do

• Lead the legal execution of our growth lending transactions, working directly with our investment team and borrowers around the world
• Own the legal and compliance operations across our fund platforms - including onboarding of investors from around the globe, KYC/AML, NDAs, and corporate governance
• Serve as a key liaison with fund administrators, regulators, and outside counsel across our jurisdictions on compliance and reporting matters

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English, spoken and written
• 3-5 years of experience in banking and finance at a top-tier law firm
• Strong drafting and analytical skills, comfortable owning transactions end to end
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude, comfortable working across cultures and time zones
