Information Security Expert | Central Area

Mertens, part of MalamTeam, is hiring an Information Security Expert for a leading organization in the Central Area

The role includes defining, designing, and implementing Cyber Security concepts, methods, and methodologies for technological infrastructure and information systems, while ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and privacy requirements

Responsibilities

Define and implement organizational methodologies and processes for protecting technological infrastructure and information systems

Guide and oversee the implementation of organizational Cyber Security infrastructure and systems

Support and monitor technology projects end to end from an Information Security perspective

Address Cyber Security risks across the information infrastructure supply chain

Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes

Perform methodological and technological control and enforcement of Cyber Security operations across information systems

Implement Israeli and international regulations and standards

Ensure privacy protection requirements are incorporated into organizational information systems

Translate Information Security requirements into technological guidelines for Information Security implementation teams

Monitor the implementation of security requirements and provide professional guidance

Write Information Security procedures and policies

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience as an Information Security Expert

Strong analytical skills, independent learning capabilities, system level perspective, and strong analysis capabilities

Proven hands on experience supporting projects end to end from an Information Security perspective

Ability to understand business needs and provide Information Security guidance

Experience working in environments governed by regulations and Information Security standards

Experience providing technological guidelines to Information Security implementation teams

Experience monitoring the implementation of security requirements and providing professional guidance

Experience writing Information Security procedures and policies

Knowledge of international Information Security standards

Professional Information Security training and certifications including DPO, CISO, and ISO Auditor are required

Knowledge and experience in the Healthcare sector is an advantage
